Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Junior Technical Sales Engineer who is interested in building a career in the software industry and technology-driven sales.
This role combines technical understanding with business development. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying potential clients, communicating software solutions, and supporting the technical sales process.
The selected candidate will work closely with sales and technical teams to understand client requirements and help deliver suitable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in identifying and approaching potential clients for software development and IT solutions.
  • Support the sales team in client communication and lead generation activities.
  • Understand basic client requirements and communicate them with the technical development team.
  • Assist in preparing technical proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Participate in client meetings, discovery sessions, and solution discussions.
  • Maintain relationships with prospects and existing clients.
  • Learn and apply technical sales techniques and consultative selling methods.
  • Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of software development concepts and technology solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Interest in software sales, IT consulting, and client engagement.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn technical sales techniques.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple business terms.
  • Interest in technology trends and the software development industry.
