Requirements
- Experience : 7.5 - 10.5 Years
- Strong experience administering and supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments.
- Hands-on expertise in JD Edwards Configurable Network Computing (CNC) administration.
- Experience configuring and supporting Enterprise Servers, Deployment Servers, Web Servers, Security Servers, AIS Servers, and Batch Servers.
- Proven experience with JD Edwards Tools Releases, ESUs, ASUs, package builds, and deployments.
- Strong understanding of JDE architecture, path codes, environments, object management, and deployment strategies.
- Experience with JDE security administration, role management, and access control configurations.
- Knowledge of JAS server administration, kernel tuning, workflow management, and UBE processing.
- Experience with environment cloning, server migrations, upgrades, and disaster recovery planning.
- Familiarity with JDE Orchestrator, Application Interface Services (AIS), and enterprise integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills across JDE infrastructure components.
- Experience working with Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2 databases and related connectivity configurations.
- Understanding of middleware, API integrations, and system interoperability frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in production support environments and manage critical incidents.
- Experience with ITIL processes, change management, and audit compliance practices is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production.
- Install, configure, and manage JD Edwards Enterprise Servers, HTML Servers, AIS Servers, Business Services (BSSV), and related infrastructure components.
- Manage Configurable Network Computing (CNC) architecture, including Enterprise Server, Deployment Server, Web Server, Security Server, AIS Server, and Batch Servers.
- Perform JD Edwards Tools Release upgrades, ESU deployments, ASU installations, and application package deployments.
- Build, maintain, and support path codes, environments, package builds, object deployments, and software distribution processes.
- Configure and administer JDE security, user roles, menu filtering, and access management.
- Monitor system performance, resource utilization, and overall health of JD Edwards infrastructure.
- Execute server migrations, platform upgrades, environment refreshes, and cloning activities.
- Implement and maintain disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to JAS Servers, Enterprise Servers, Security Servers, workflows, UBEs, and kernel processes.
- Optimize and tune JDE kernel configurations for improved application performance and stability.
- Support JDE interoperability, middleware integrations, external interfaces, and system connectivity.
- Implement and support Orchestrator integrations with enterprise applications and APIs.
- Coordinate object promotions, code migrations, and deployment activities between environments.
- Manage database connectivity and integration with Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2 databases.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, operational runbooks, and support procedures.
- Participate in production support, incident management, root cause analysis, and on-call support activities.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, business users, and infrastructure teams to deliver business solutions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security, audit, governance, and change management standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
