Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering or Automation
• Expert experience in Jenkins and Groovy scripting for CI/CD pipeline development
• Strong experience in Python development and production-grade automation
• Hands-on experience with Azure Pipeline Management and CI/CD automation
• Strong Linux and Bash/Shell scripting skills
• Experience with Git, GitOps workflows and source code management
• Experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes and Helm charts
• Experience with Ansible and automation tooling
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana and Telegraf
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging and pipeline failure resolution skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills with a self-driven approach
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build, maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and custom Groovy libraries
• Develop Python and Bash automation tools for network engineering operations
• Deploy and manage applications on OpenShift/Kubernetes using Helm
• Implement and support GitOps workflows to enable engineering self-service
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures, application deployments and automation issues
• Perform code reviews and maintain automation scripts and tooling
• Support Ansible-based automation and integration with DevOps tools
• Monitor application and platform performance using Prometheus, Grafana and Telegraf
• Document processes, automation standards and operational procedures
• Collaborate with network engineers and DevOps teams to improve automation maturity
• Participate in on-call support and resolve critical production issues
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of the DevOps toolchain
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
