Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong experience in Data Governance, Metadata Management & Data Lineage
• Hands-on experience with Collibra, Informatica Knowledge Catalog (IKC) or similar metadata/cataloguing tools
• Business Glossary, Metadata & Data Catalog Management
• Data Mapping, Data Lifecycle & Impact Analysis
• Stakeholder Management, Workshops & Requirements Gathering
• Strong understanding of Data Modelling concepts and Data Governance standards
• SQL and querying large, complex datasets
• Data Profiling and Data Quality Management
• Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodology experience
• Experience with multi-cultural/global teams
• Knowledge of Critical Data Elements (CDEs) and Regulatory Compliance
• Ability to define Data Quality Rules and support governance initiatives

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support Data Governance, Metadata Management, and Data Lineage activities across the organization.
• Manage and maintain business glossary, metadata, and data catalog information using Collibra, Informatica Knowledge Catalog (IKC), or similar metadata/cataloguing tools.
• Perform data mapping, data lifecycle management, and impact analysis activities.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirements-gathering sessions to understand business and data requirements.
• Support data modelling activities and ensure alignment with Data Governance standards.
• Work with stakeholders to define and maintain business glossary terms, metadata, data assets, and data relationships.
• Support data profiling and data quality management activities to identify and address data quality issues.
• Define and maintain Data Quality Rules and support governance initiatives.
• Identify and manage Critical Data Elements (CDEs) and support Regulatory Compliance requirements.
• Use SQL to query and analyze large, complex datasets as required.
• Collaborate with multi-cultural/global teams to support data governance and metadata management initiatives.
• Work using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodology to deliver governance and data management activities.
• Perform data impact analysis and support identification of upstream and downstream data dependencies.
• Support continuous improvement of Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Quality, and Data Catalog processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
