Your primary ownership is the orchestration process for marketing operations

You will manage cross-functional stakeholder alignments, facilitate communication between internal business units and external agencies, maintain rigorous task tracking, and provide clear visibility to the Project Manager. This role requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-geographical environment and can seamlessly translate complex processes into clear, linear accountability.

    • Review incoming marketing briefs from business teams and convert them into structured operational execution templates.
    • Coordinate with external agencies, technical specialists, and channel experts responsible for development and deployment.
  • Stakeholder Coordination & Alignment
    • Act as the primary operational bridge between Business, Creative Agencies, Development Teams, and Project Managers.
    • Organize, schedule, and facilitate alignment calls, discovery workshops, and campaign progression meetings.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations, drive consensus during bottlenecks, and ensure the entire group remains aligned on next steps.
  • Tracking, Documentation & Reporting
    • Maintain highly accurate work management trackers using Jira and Excel to monitor campaign work items, ticket updates, and milestones.
    • Capture detailed meeting outputs, distribute concise action items, and perform systematic follow-ups to ensure individual task completion.
    • Synthesize multi-team progress updates into linear, high-level status reports for the Project Manager.

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required. Educational exposure to Marketing, Business Operations, or Management is highly valued.
  • Tools & Platforms:
    • Proficiency with Jira (ticket management, task tracking) and Excel (data management, reporting).
    • Conceptual exposure to modern Marketing Automation Platforms (specifically Adobe ecosystem tools like Adobe Journey Optimizer) is highly valued.
  • Operational Execution: Outstanding attention to detail, process-driven mindset, and a strong capability in documentation and reporting.
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to operate effectively within ambiguous, multi-lingual, and multi-geographical team structures.
  • Communication: Native or professional-grade English proficiency. Must possess the ability to deconstruct complex, non-linear workflows into simple, actionable linear ownership for diverse teams.
