Job Description
REQUIREMENT:
- Total experience: 7.5+ years.
- Strong experience in test management and coordination for large-scale implementation programs.
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow testing across multiple modules and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, Vulnerability Management, CMDB, and integrations with security scanners such as Qualys and Wiz.
- Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Proven experience managing testing activities in multi-vendor or multi-supplier environments.
- Strong defect management experience, including defect logging, tracking, reporting, and triage coordination.
- Experience with go-live readiness assessments, quality gates, and release governance processes.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) or other test automation solutions for ServiceNow is desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Experience working independently in geographically distributed Agile teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.
- ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) Micro-Certification is mandatory.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and govern all testing activities across three suppliers, ensuring requirements and quality gates are met before go-live.
- Review, provide feedback on, and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) activities across all suppliers.
- Define, plan, and execute cross-supplier SIT scenarios and test cases.
- Coordinate, support, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business SMEs and stakeholders.
- Track, manage, and report defects across all testing phases and lead defect triage discussions.
- Monitor defect resolution progress and ensure timely closure of critical issues.
- Prepare sprint test reports, testing dashboards, and quality metrics for project stakeholders.
- Conduct go-live readiness assessments and coordinate formal test sign-offs.
- Collaborate with development, business, and vendor teams to ensure end-to-end solution quality.
- Ensure adherence to testing standards, processes, and governance requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify testing risks and proactively drive mitigation and resolution activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for testing-related activities across multiple stakeholders and suppliers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
