Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience: 5.5+ years.
- Strong hands-on experience in Playwright with TypeScript for UI test automation.
- Experience in API Testing using Playwright, Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of AI in SDLC fundamentals and applying AI across the software testing lifecycle.
- Hands-on exposure to LLM Application Frameworks and the use of Large Language Models for QA activities.
- Experience with AI-powered testing tools such as Testim, Mabl, Functionize, Applitools, GitHub Copilot, or Microsoft Copilot.
- Knowledge of AI-driven test case generation, self-healing locators, intelligent test execution, and test prioritization.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable UI, API, and End-to-End automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience integrating automation suites with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Familiarity with visual testing, cross-browser testing, performance testing, and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright with TypeScript.
- Build and execute UI, API, and End-to-End automation test suites to ensure application quality.
- Leverage AI-powered testing tools to generate test cases, implement self-healing automation, optimize test coverage, and improve test execution.
- Utilize LLMs and AI technologies to enhance QA processes, including prompt-based test creation and automation acceleration.
- Integrate automation frameworks into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Develop reusable automation libraries, utilities, and testing accelerators to improve team productivity.
- Implement visual testing, cross-browser validation, and support performance testing initiatives.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams to enable shift-left testing and continuous quality.
- Analyze test execution results, generate AI-driven insights, and provide actionable quality reports.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in AI-driven software testing and test automation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
