Requirements

  • Experience : 7.5+ years
  • Strong experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM applications in a techno-functional role.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle AI Agentic Studio and Oracle Generative AI capabilities within Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Redwood UX, including Page Composer, Visual Builder Studio (VBCS), Redwood themes, Smart Actions, Quick Actions, and UI personalization.
  • Proficiency in VBCS development, including custom applications, REST API integrations, service connections, event handlers, dashboards, and embedded pages.
  • Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for designing and implementing HCM integration scenarios.
  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR (Global HR), Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
  • Hands-on experience with Fast Formula development for Core HR and Payroll, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI reporting, workflows, alerts, HDL, and HSDL.
  • Strong experience developing REST and SOAP web service integrations using Oracle Fusion HCM APIs.
  • Good understanding of Functional Setup Manager (FSM), configuration management, and Oracle Fusion HCM implementation methodologies.
  • Experience leading system integration testing, user acceptance testing, production deployments, and post-production support.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate HR business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM quarterly releases and continuous innovation initiatives is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, implement, and support Oracle Fusion HCM solutions with a focus on delivering scalable, secure, and business-driven HR technology solutions.
  • Design and deploy intelligent HR workflows using Oracle AI Agentic Studio, including autonomous agents for recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and employee experience.
  • Leverage Oracle Generative AI capabilities to build AI-powered HR assistants, predictive analytics dashboards, smart recommendations, and contextual employee experiences.
  • Integrate Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) with Oracle Fusion HCM to enable conversational AI for employee self-service, manager transactions, approvals, and HR support.
  • Configure and optimize AI-enabled HCM features including Skills Advisor, Career Development AI, Dynamic Skills, Workforce Predictions, and HCM Communicate.
  • Implement and customize Redwood UX using Page Composer, Visual Builder Studio (VBCS), Application Composer, Redwood themes, Smart Actions, Quick Actions, and responsive user interfaces.
  • Develop low-code and no-code applications, custom pages, dashboards, and business extensions using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) integrated with Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Build REST API integrations, service connections, event handlers, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations to support seamless data exchange with enterprise systems.
  • Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Global HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
  • Develop and maintain Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, OTBI analytics, workflows, alerts, HDL, and HSDL data loads to support business requirements.
  • Design and implement REST and SOAP web service integrations with third-party HR, payroll, identity management, and enterprise applications.
  • Perform Functional Setup Manager (FSM) configurations, maintain solution documentation, configuration workbooks, and support system enhancements.
  • Lead system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, cutover planning, production support, and hypercare activities.
  • Evaluate Oracle quarterly releases, assess business impact, recommend adoption of new Redwood and AI capabilities, and conduct proof of concepts and solution demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, architects, developers, and project teams to deliver high-quality Oracle Fusion HCM solutions and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
