Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager who thrives in highly complex environments and can successfully lead large-scale transformation, digitalization, IT, or organizational change initiatives at our clients' sites.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience managing strategic programs in multinational corporations or similarly complex organizations, navigating diverse stakeholder landscapes and aligning business and technology objectives. This role requires a trusted senior professional who can independently represent our company at executive level and lead critical customer engagements from initiation to successful delivery.

Experience in highly regulated industries such as railways, transportation, infrastructure, utilities, telecommunications, or other large-scale enterprise environments is highly desirable.

  • Lead complex projects and programs from initiation to successful delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
  • Drive transformation, digitalization, IT, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality targets.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments and align diverse interests.
  • Proactively mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage escalations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • 10–15+ years of experience leading complex projects, programs, or transformation initiatives.
  • Proven success in large-scale corporate environments with executive-level stakeholder management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to independently manage customer engagements in complex organizational environments.
  • Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., railway, transportation, infrastructure, utilities).
  • Background in organizational change and transformation management.
  • Experience in multinational corporations and matrix organizations.
  • Consulting experience and/or project management certifications (PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, SAFe).
  • Professional fluency in German and English.
