• Lead Salesforce Core Cloud projects and ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Manage agile teams across all project phases.
• Drive resolution of complex issues and coordinate stakeholders up to C‑level.
• Proactively manage project risks, issues, timelines, and budgets.
• Guide internal and external teams to successful delivery.
• Build long‑term, trusted client relationships.
• Support internal initiatives (mentoring, recruiting, pre‑sales, etc.).

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• 4+ years of experience in digital transformation projects, with strong technical affinity and enthusiasm for innovation.
• Strong interest and experience in project management, delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in business German and English, with strong communication abilities.
