Key Responsibilities 

• Lead and manage projects from definition through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors/partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor project progress and performance against metrics and milestones.
• Identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using formal change control processes.
• Strong financial awareness and budget management skills.
