Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Consultant with deep expertise in warehouse operations, logistics processes, and WMS-based solution consulting. This role focuses on selling, designing, and guiding implementation of warehouse management solutions for clients across diverse industries. The ideal candidate combines strong operational knowledge with exceptional client-facing, problem-solving, and solution-design skills. You should be able to understand client challenges, recommend the right product capabilities, and lead them confidently through the transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement & Requirement Understanding Engage with clients to understand their business goals, operational challenges, warehouse complexities, and logistics workflows. Conduct detailed discussions and requirement-gathering workshops with operations, supply chain, and IT stakeholders. Translate business requirements into structured functional needs and solution use cases.

2. Process Mapping & Gap Analysis Map existing warehouse processes, storage workflows, material flows, picking/packing operations, and inbound/outbound processes. Document As-Is processes and identify operational inefficiencies and gaps. Recommend To-Be processes aligned with best practices and product capabilities.

3. Solution Design & Product Demonstration Design tailored solution architectures using the WMS product suite. Demonstrate how the product solves client challenges through logical workflows, system features, ROI improvements, and operational efficiency gains. Prepare and deliver product demos, business proposals, and solution decks to support sales cycles.

4. Implementation Guidance Work closely with implementation and product teams to ensure successful deployment. Guide clients through configuration decisions, process re-engineering, and change management. Support UAT cycles, resolve functional issues, and ensure solution alignment with operational goals. Act as a trusted advisor for clients throughout the onboarding journey.

5. Domain Expertise in Logistics & Warehouse Operations Maintain strong understanding of warehouse operations including: Inventory management Order management Put-away, picking, packing, dispatch Space utilization and slotting Automation, scanning, and digital workflows 3PL operations and multi-client warehouse setups Leverage domain knowledge to propose best-practice process improvements.

6. Pre-Sales, Client success and Project Management Work with sales teams to provide pre-sales support, solution scoping, and accurate effort estimation. Collaborate with product teams to share client insights, feature requests, and industry trends. Create documentation such as requirement specs, SOPs, training materials, and functional guides.
