Job Description

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Experience : 6+ Years
  • Proven experience working with Salesforce CRM data, reporting, and analytics.
  • Strong expertise in creating dashboards, reports, and data models within Salesforce or related analytics tools.
  • Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and best practices for CRM data management.
  • Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into clear, business-friendly outputs.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 

  • Analyze and manage Salesforce CRM data to generate actionable insights that support strategic and operational business decisions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce dashboards, reports, and data models to meet business and stakeholder requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through strong data governance and quality practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, operations, and IT to understand reporting needs and translate them into analytics solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize CRM data usage to improve visibility, performance tracking, and decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
