Requirements

  • Experience : 5+ Years
  • 4–6 years of professional experience in Atlassian administration.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence administration.
  • Proficiency with Atlassian REST APIs and automation tools.
  • Experience working with knowledge base management and user training.
  • Good understanding of SQL.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability and willingness to work US business hours (9 AM–6 PM EST) and follow the client’s holiday schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer user access, roles, and permissions across Atlassian tools (Jira, JSM, Confluence).
  • Configure Jira and Jira Service Management projects, workflows, and schemes based on business needs.
  • Define and maintain SLAs in Jira Service Management according to organizational standards.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Atlassian tools and third-party systems using REST APIs.
  • Monitor project progress, track deadlines, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Generate detailed project reports and dashboards in Jira for stakeholders.
  • Support business users by troubleshooting issues and guiding them on effective Jira usage.
  • Create and manage knowledge bases in Confluence; ensure documentation is up to date.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops on Atlassian tools and best practices.
  • Contribute to team planning by writing and tracking OKRs.

 

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
