Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in PHP and proven experience in the eCommerce domain. This is a client-facing onsite role, responsible for bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of eCommerce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and offshore delivery teams.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Provide solution consulting for PHP-based eCommerce applications, ensuring alignment with client’s business goals.
• Design and validate system architecture, integrations, and workflows for eCommerce platforms.
• Conduct workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and demos with business and technical stakeholders.
• Support data migration, system integration, and deployment activities.

Required Skills

• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience
• Strong eCommerce domain knowledge.
• Proven experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and client consulting.
• Excellent understanding of databases, APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Strong background in Agile methodology, sprint ceremonies, and backlog management.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Prior experience with Spryker platform.
• Exposure to microservices architecture, commerce, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Experience working with distributed teams across onsite-offshore delivery models.

This is an onsite role (5 days in office/week)
