Job Description : -

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the product vision, aligning with the overall business objectives.
  • Backlog Management: Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it-'s prioritized based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders (e.g., customers, marketing, sales, engineering, etc.) to gather and define requirements.
  • User Stories & Acceptance Criteria: Write clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, and ensure all requirements are well-understood by the development team.
  • Prioritization: Ensure that the team is working on the highest-value features and functionalities, balancing short-term and long-term goals.
  • Sprint Planning & Review: Participate in sprint planning meetings, demos, and retrospectives, ensuring that the development team understands the priorities and business context.
  • Market & Customer Research: Understand customer needs and market trends to guide product decisions and improvements. 
  • Product Testing: Collaborate with QA and other stakeholders to ensure that the product meets acceptance criteria and delivers a great user experience.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key product performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the product-'s success.
  • Roadmap Development: Assist in developing and maintaining the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the business strategy.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage product-related risks, and work to resolve issues proactively.
  • Continuous Improvement: Keep iterating on the product, optimizing features based on feedback and performance data.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in backlog management and prioritization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience working with development teams, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Confluence, or similar project management software.
