Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite implementation, customization, and configuration. Strong understanding of EFT, bank reconciliation, finance, intercompany transactions, order to cash, revenue management, procure to pay, and inventory management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand and address business needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and provide training and support.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • NetSuite certifications (e.g., NetSuite ERP Consultant, NetSuite Administrator) are a plus.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:                                                                                                                

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of NetSuite solutions, including project planning, configuration, testing, and user training.
  • Manage electronic fund transfers and ensure accurate bank reconciliations.
  • Handle intercompany transactions, including posting journal entries and reconciling accounts.
  • Oversee the order-to-cash process, including order processing, invoicing, billing, and revenue recognition.
  • Manage the procure-to-pay process, including purchase orders, supplier invoices, payments, and inventory levels.
  • Design and implement workflows to automate business processes and create saved searches for reporting and insights.
  • Analyzing the project’s requirements and the ability to convert said requirements into technical documents.
  • Implementing design methodologies and tool sets
  • Conducting deep level analysis to identify root cause to systematically resolve issues.
  • Following all defined software configuration management best practices
  • Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
