Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience 7+ years
  • Excellent working experience in with Dynamics CRM, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
  • Strong working experience in Azure integration and PowerApps.
  • Strong experience in custom plugin development in Dataverse.
  • Hands on experience with Canvas and Model-Driven apps.
  • Excellent knowledge of Power Platform environments, connectors, DLP policies, and reusable components.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Automate for backend jobs, bulk updates, SharePoint, and Office 365 integration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Azure, Office 365 (Azure AD, Groups, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Knowledge of authentication protocols such as OAuth, Client Credential Flow, and Azure App Registration.
  • Experience with AWS is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform limits, performance issues, and workarounds.
  • Strong communication skills to gather requirements and explain technical concepts.
  • Excellent documentation skills including the creation of design documents and test scenarios

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Writing and reviewing great quality code
  • Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client’s needs in the context of the project
  • Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it
  • Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
  • Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
  • Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs
  • Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it
  • Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
  • Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
  • Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
  • Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken
  • Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
