REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience 5+ years
• Strong working experience in systems engineering or administration, with a focus on Windows-based environments.
• Proficiency in Chef configuration management tool, including writing cookbooks, recipes, and using Chef server.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and Docker.
• Experience with Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Group Policy management.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and methodologies.
• Experience with other automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or PowerShell DSC.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps
• Mentoring the team members to meet the client's needs and holding them accountable for high standards of delivery detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyzing the project’s requirements and the ability to convert said requirements into technical documents and design.
• Implementing design methodologies and tool sets
• Executing the development of software with a strong focus on the security, performance, and robustness.
• Conducting deep level analysis to identify root cause to systematically resolve issues
• Following all defined software configuration management best practices
• Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
