Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to lead our Gaming Practice, collaborating closely with the Sales Team to enhance customer offerings and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a background in gaming, with experience in video games or slot games, along with expertise in Product Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Gaming Practice, overseeing strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to build offerings for customers and participate in client meetings.
  • Drive business growth and enhance in-house capabilities within the gaming sector.
  • Support existing delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Partner with the Sales Team to onboard new clients and expand the customer base.

Qualifications

  • Approximately 15 years of experience in the online gaming industry, particularly in online casinos.
  • Extensive background in the gaming industry, including experience in video games or slot games.
  • Proven experience in leading a Gaming Center of Excellence (CoE), practice, or product management.
  • Strong business growth mindset, with a focus on expanding gaming business operations.
  • Proficiency in business development and product management.
  • Excellent sales and client interaction skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
