Job Description

As the Associate Director, HCP Marketing for LUPKYNIS, you will be responsible for the development, strategic execution, and continuous evaluation of brand tactics and programs for U.S. marketing efforts focused on healthcare professionals, including rheumatologists, nephrologists, and their staff. This role requires relentless focus on the uptake of LUPKYNIS to drive better outcomes for people living with lupus nephritis. The position requires a highly motivated individual who can work independently, think strategically, and collaborate cross-functionally to accomplish complex deliverables, often within accelerated timelines.

This position reports to the Senior Director, HCP Marketing and will be a remote position or based out of our commercial headquarters in Rockville, MD.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in rare disease marketing
• A minimum of 5+ years in pharmaceutical marketing
• Bachelor's degree in science or business
• Flexibility to work in a fluid, fast-paced, results-oriented environment with multiple demands – resourcefulness and independence required
• Experience identifying actionable customer insights, and ensuring insights are incorporated holistically into the marketing strategy and tactics
• Proven ability to develop exceptional working relationships with cross-functional partners, with emphasis on field teams, to obtain input and ensure alignment
• Deep understanding of creative development, managing external agencies, and collaborative mindset in working with medical/legal/regulatory review teams
• Exceptional project management skills; experience developing and managing budgets and timelines
• Strong organizational and operational skills with attention to detail
• An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to develop and execute creative solutions to complex problems
• Strong written communication skills, presentation delivery, and interpersonal skills to be effective in a team environment
• A solid compliance mindset and demonstrated integrity on the job
• Ability to travel as required to meet business needs (~20%)
