This is a part-time position of 20-35 hours a week, based on however many hours you would like to work.

The role is responsible for phone screening candidates in a high volume environment. This role will drive overall success of the project by interviewing and selecting qualified candidates for our client. In addition, this role will help with other recruiting tasks such as; interview scheduling, job posting, managing shared email box, and various other recruiting administration type tasks. 

What you will Do

• Conducts phone screens of potential candidates.
• Makes employment offers to qualified candidates.
• Submit onboarding request for New Hires.
• Ensures all new hire paperwork requirements are consistently met.
• Schedule phone, video and onsite interviews. 
• Post jobs to Applicant Tracking Systems and job boards.
• Manage shared email box
• Assists with other as needed duties when required.

What you need to Succeed

• 2+ years of experience with conducting phone interviews
• Proven interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and recruit for multiple positions to meet deadline
