Shift Schedule: Must have Sunday-Friday availability of 11am-8pm. Please note this is not a remote position. You will report to the the call center in Jacksonville, FL. 

Rate of Pay: $17.00-$20.00 depending upon experience; On-demand pay with DailyPay

The Reservations Center Supervisor carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Additional Responsibilities Include: 

  • Overseeing the operation of the Reservations Center; managing operations to provide and maintain standards of conduct, cleanliness, and safety
  • Monitoring and evaluating team members' performance, attendance, and conduct
  • Generating and analyzing reports and developing schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Supervising, training, and coaching staff based on company standards and training guidelines
  • Providing statistical and performance feedback on a regular basis to each employee
  • Building positive and professional working relationships and environment
  • Addressing disciplinary and/or performance issues; making effective and appropriate decisions relative to corrective action as required
  • Measuring performance with key metrics such as call abandonment, calls waiting, etc
  • Communicating clearly and pro-actively with management in respect to representatives and floor challenges

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel; Internet Explorer; and Microsoft Outlook Express
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
  •  Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
