Sales Development Representative

Quadient is seeking a highly motivated and engaging Sales Development Representative to generate leads for business process automation software to new customers. This is an entry level sales driven role, which will manage the sales qualification process from identification to account access. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for scheduling Discovery Appointments for Account Executives that lead to value outcomes for both the customer and Quadient. The targeted organizations will be small-sized and medium-sized business in key vertical markets.
Develop Sales Qualified Leads (schedule discovery call) within targeted accounts.
Nurture and qualify leads from marketing activities as sales opportunities.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Quadient product portfolio.
Document all sales activities using tools provided.
Provide product feedback to Product Management as part of the ongoing product development life cycle.
Lead full sales cycle when required based on opportunity development activities.
Required Skills & Experience
1 year of inside or outside sales experience a plus but not required
Must possess a high level of initiative, aggressiveness, and can-do attitude.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent presentation skills including the ability to conduct webinars.
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong telephone skills coupled with a professional approach to customer service.
Ability to work cooperatively to contribute to a high performing team environment
