Job Description

he Digital Marketing Demand Generation Specialist (ABM) will create, execute and report on multichannel digital marketing campaigns in support of North American (NORAM) lead generation goals with a focus on online advertising and Account Based Marketing.

The candidate will work as part of the NORAM Impress® digital marketing team with primary responsibilities in the implementation, development and optimization of our programmatic display and PPC advertising campaigns as well as our ABM strategy and platform usage. This role requires cross-departmental collaboration to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with global corporate objectives.

In This Role You Will

  • Launch and manage display advertising campaigns and strategies including creative concepting and development with internal Content team, external agencies and freelancers. Build audiences, oversee budgeting, implement campaigns, create ad flight calendars and generate reporting.
  • Manage paid search programs for Impress® including budgeting, bid optimization, ad creative, video, keyword research, competitive analysis and landing pages.
  • Manage social media campaigns and strategies including creative concepting and development, content distribution, organic posts, native ads, paid display ads, audience targeting, budgeting, tactical implementation and reporting.
  • Work with ABM Agile team to develop, implement and optimize ABM strategies for Impress®.
  • Manage the launch of campaigns within the ABM 6Sense platform, including target account lists, audience building and segmentation, multi-touch communication strategies, account scoring, creative development, lead qualification and distribution, campaign reporting and optimization.
  • Collaborate with sales and telemarketing/BDRs to increase lead quality.
  • Coordinate the sharing of marketing engagement intelligence and best practices with sales to optimize the sales process and increase close rates.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure integration of the ABM platform with other parts of our ABM tech stack such as Salesforce, OutReach, DSPs, etc.
  • Develop personalized messaging and content that communicates the Impress® value proposition to increase brand awareness, generate demand and position Quadient as an industry leader.
  • Conceptualization, copywriting and project management of digital content including landing pages, social posts, PDFs, white papers, videos, infographics and other downloadable content.
  • Develop relationships with MRS, BPA, YayPay, CXM and other content experts within and outside of Quadient in order to stay on top of industry trends.
  • Work side-by-side with the NORAM Lead Gen team to conceptualize and develop multichannel digital marketing campaigns, including strategy, themes, copy, research, A/B testing and project planning.
  • Manage outside vendors such as designers, webmaster and ad agencies.

What You Offer

  • 5+ years in a B2B digital marketing demand gen role with specialization in developing and implementing programmatic display, PPC, and social strategies.
  • Hands-on experience working within a leading ABM platform such as 6Sense, Demandbase or similar a plus.
  • Solid understanding of MarTech tools and related technologies, such as Salesforce, OutReach, LeedFeeder, DMPs, Eloqua, etc., as well as current digital marketing and demand gen trends, direct marketing, customer psychology and other marketing best practices.
  • Above average copywriting and editorial skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • A quick learner with a passion for digital marketing.
  • Self-starter, effective multi-tasker.
  • A born team player/collaborator.
  • Creative and innovative with the ability to generate new ideas on your own.
  • BA or MSA in Digital Marketing or similar field; or relevant experience
  • Basic editing capabilities in programs such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign, Video) a plus.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics software such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, SiteImprove, HotJar, Search Console, Facebook and LinkedIn ad managers, Canva, Bynder, Drupal, GoToWebinar and others a plus.
