Job Description

1.MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

This individual will be responsible for executing, coordinating, tracking marketing activities and programs to nurture the leads and engage customers while smoothly arranging training courses as available schedules. Activities and programs will include inbound marketing, conferences, events, website updates, email programs, and necessary programs supporting the achievement of organizational objectives.

 2.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY:

Major Activities

1. Marketing & branding

- Plan and implement outreach and marketing activities with the set goal to attract learners while maintaining the relationship

- Develop and deploy content marketing plans to achieve marketing goals

- Manage content channels & building image through social media FB, LinkedIn and website, email to drive consistent and relevant traffic

- Review and post high-quality content for HR Academy’s website,

2. Technology, data & analytics

- Selecting suitable tools and platforms for marketing activities

- Managing data standard, quality and insights of learners

- Reporting with identifiable KPIs

3. Training/ Event organization

- Coordinate operations for training courses and events

- Logistics arrangement for training courses and events

- Searching for writings, articles, topics related to training courses

4. Process optimization: campaign operations, segmentation, lead conversion/ life cycle; content operations; learner buying journey,

Other tasks as assigned  

Qualifications

1 Knowledge, Education                                           

  • Knowledge of and passion for marketing concepts, methods and techniques (at the intermediate level)
  • Good at database marketing including generating data and reporting
  • Knowledge at directly contacting and discussing with customers
  • General knowledge & experience in education & training is a plus
  • Education: degree in marketing or communications or business
  • Experience: + 2 years
  • Experience with email marketing, customer consulting, social media platform     
  • English: Proficiency in English include Verbal and Non Verbal

  • Ability to organize, multi-task, work independently on different projects and meeting deadlines 
  • Ability to read, interpret and explain for learners about course programs
