As the business has been growing rapidly, we are now seeking for Researchers (Senior) to consolidate our research team.
Job Description
Main duties:
Candidate Search
- Work closely with the Consultant(s) in “mapping out” the candidate universe and developing the job controls for every assignment
- Read comprehensively the job description and requirements, translate in the required languages, post to the webs, send out the newsletter, draw/ enlarge the attention
- Search, screen, interview, select the potential & qualified candidates
- Prepare candidate profiles and ensure thoroughness and consistency in candidate presentations
- Maintain and update the candidate and company files and input the database
- Develop new ideas and utilize technology (computer skills, internet, etc) to enhance the efficiency of the search process
- Assist the Consultant in coordinating with clients and candidates to ensure effective communication
- Assist in the overall processing of assignments based on clear instructions and guidelines from the Consultant
Media Research
- Search the internet or other media for information related to the industry, company, potential candidate… as per requested.
Database development
- New candidate and client development
Project Joining
- Joining in interview and selection process upon requests of the Consultants and Clients
Qualifications
University Degree
Solid background in Business Administration, Economy, HR Management
Good communications skills in order to be able to deal with clients and candidates
Customer service skill and excellent telephone skill
Able to be self-motivation
Planning and organizing skills
Passionate with HR Recruitment field, excellent CAN-DO attitude
Advanced written and verbal English, computer literacy
