Job Description
· To be responsible for delivering monthly SHUI,, PIT and labor management administration processes with local Dept. for local Client
· To responsible for settlement any troubles happening with Clients
· To handle client’s complaints
· To advise HR issues if any from
· To coordinate and support other Consultants to do jobs professionally, confidentially, accurately, securely and timely
· To attend any training course of Tax, labor department and the relating Government Agencies.
· To follow the process, policy and procedure of the department strictly
· To responsible for update if there are any change in regulations/processes/ procedure from local government agencies related to SHUI, PIT and labor management in practice
· To be responsible for keeping a good relationship with government organization such as SHUI Department, Labor department, Tax department etc.
Qualifications
3.1 Knowledge
- Graduated from Colleague or above at majors such as Economics, Foreign Trade, Accounting, HR or Laws
- Prefer to have experiences in client services, HR services
3.2 Skills
- Excellent communications skills (English, Khemer/Kampuchean and prefer Vietnamese )
- Good Labor relationship and People skills
- Superior people skills in order to deal with Clients (internal and external)
- Good communications skills in order to be able to deal with government organization
- Team work skills
- Well handle and resolve trouble and complaint
