Job Description

The Recruiter will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process from posting jobs and screening/selecting candidates to creating and managing a candidate database for future needs

Roles and Responsibilities May Include:

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants’ suitability for proposed roles based upon resume review and interview process
  • Create, update and maintain an active database of suitable candidates for standard positions with the company
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Generalist Recruiter in either a corporate recruiter or agency recruiter role
  • Minimum 1 year of experience recruiting specifically for Facilities/Maintenance positions  OCONUS AND CONUS a must.
  • Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Experience building up a candidate database from scratch within a recognized CMS system
  • Experience conducting interviews for various roles and levels of candidate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making and technical skills
  • Must be able to read and speak English and able to write legibly
  • Must be able to work for any US employer without sponsorship or restriction
