A growing and dynamic training organisation are seeking a Management Tutor to join its team. As a growing organisation, it has lots of development opportunities where funded qualifications are offered and further opportunities to progress to Team Leader or IQA.

As a Management Tutor your duties will include:
·Managing a caseload of around 45 learners in the Leeds and Newcastle areas
·Tutoring Team Leading Level 3, Management Level 5, Customer Service & Business Administration Level 2 and Functional Skills.
·Identifying individual learner needs and set and review SMART targets on assessment plans.
·Working to the new standards and End Point Assessment.
To be a successful Tutor you will have the following skills and experience:
·An Assessor qualification is essential (A1, D32, TAQA etc).
·You will need hands-on tutoring/assessing of Level 5 management qualifications.
·Must have worked for a training provider
·Previous management experience is essential.
·Functional skills qualification would be preferable, if not you will need to be prepared to complete (funded by provider).
