Provider’s Role with the Company:

  • Provide brief and longer-term psychotherapy to patients at the health center and in other settings and works with adults, adolescents, and children.

  • Provide consultation, assessment, and evaluation.

  • Provide consultation to medical providers as well as to other programs of the health center regarding mental/behavioral health issues.

  • Provide patient advocacy, outreach, and education in the community as appropriate.

  • Communicates and works effectively with patients from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds.

Qualifications

Background Profile:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work or Related Field

  • Current license in the state of Massachusetts, LMHC, LICSW

  • Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) ideal
