Certified Nurse Midwife to join their patient-centered team in an outpatient setting.

NP will join a mission-driven team that serves the medical needs of women & infants in the Lowell – Boston, MA area

This practice is affiliated with a strong local hospital in which patients can seek hospital services at the main campus if needed.

Provider’s Role with the Company:

• Monitors fertility, providing prenatal care and health screenings

• Develops birth plans, supporting breastfeeding and offers counseling

• Monitoring postnatal women for signs of depression

• Provides gynecological care to normal women & direct family planning services

• Participates in the informal training of nurses and students and refresher program for Nurse Midwives

• Full-time role at 5 days per week (32 patient contact hours – 8 administrative hours)

• Occasional, minimal on-call

Background Profile:

• Certified Nurse Midwife

• License and Board Certification in state of Massachusetts or pending

• 18 months or more of experience
