 Position will be full time at 5 days per week, primarily 9am-5pm with flexibility that may change with patient and surgical needs

 Relocation allowance available $85,000-$115,000 based on experience level

Provider’s Role with the Company:

 Will be working in surgery with 1-2 surgeons on a weekly basis

Background Profile:

 Otolaryngology/ENT experience would be a plus but not required as the surgeons will be happy to train the right candidate for the long term!

 Must be licensed by the NH Board of Medicine and either a NP or PA. First assist will be required for NP candidates
