STRATEGIC STAFFING & RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - NONPROFIT/SOCIAL SERVICE ASSIGNMENT

 
NoblePlans Position Summary: Passionate Contract Recruiter to engage & deliver staffing & workforce solutions to our client. Do you desire to be a part of our collaborative, partner focused, team environment driving solutions in a meaningful industry?  NoblePlans is an HR service provider in need of a strategic Recruiter to join our team. NP offers Human Resources workforce solutions designed around organizational culture and quality of hire. The Strategic Staffing Specialist provides client and candidate engagement, HR and Human Resources solutions, account management support, and project management support on-site and off-site with the objective of achieving company goals and influencing mission critical outcomes. Successful achievement may lead to more opportunities for short or longer term assignments. Location is virtual home office based, remote office location within 50 mi of the client; and occasionally on site at the client's designated location for this contract assignment.
 
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with our noble clients with the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
  • Execute a strategic recruitment strategy based on the client's organizational culture and quality services in HR and Hiring. 
  • Provide a consultative approach to talent acquisition in staffing and recruitment.
  • Provide solutions and leadership with an authentic and passionate understanding of the clients' core business and mission objectives
  • Results-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Produce weekly and monthly staffing reports and forecasts.
  • Demonstrates complete understanding and competency of full cycle recruiting.
  • Exceptional communication, organization and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong PC competency required, including the MS Suite and Internet Search for research; broad understanding of technology and experience with CRM, Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Represents NoblePlans specialized services to current clients and new prospects, providing necessary and appropriate technical information and demonstration.
  • Enter and manage relevant data into ATS, CRM, and other relevant company and client databases.
  • Establish effective relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Inform and educate potential clients on the NoblePlans’ business model and the company brand, preparing marketing materials, brand collateral, and presentations as needed.
  • Maintains accurate records of all recruitment activities including calls, letters, Email, fax transmissions, presentations, and follow-up activities.
  • Collaborate in job posting and requisition development, resume screening, interview scheduling, hiring coordination, and on boarding.
  • Prescreen and Qualify candidates as assigned, per position requirements, ensuring all qualification standards for quality hires are met.
  • Coordinate reference and background checks of candidates as needed.
  • Maintain compliance standards and records for all Federal, Local and Company guidelines and regulations including but not limited to OFCCP.
  • Locate leads and track down referral contact information through the use of all tools available, including social and professional networks.
  • Reach out to employee and expanded network contacts for referrals.
  • Follow up with pipeline candidates via phone and e-mail to keep candidates warm, and maintain target time frames for hire.
  • Search and Source niche job sites and resume banks for mining talent and prospecting candidates.
  • Search and Source diversity databases and available ATS and Job Boards for potential talent, advancing the pipeline as needed.
  • Generate and release offer letters per compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Specific Job Skills:

  • Diligent, responsible, and high organized with attention to detail and follow through .
  • Outstanding background and proven capabilities in relationship and account management, recruitment, staffing, HR, customer service, and other human resources skills.
  • Excellent and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to anticipate and identify customer problems/needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Flexible and available to interact and meet with stakeholders, clients, and consultants at various organizational levels.
  • Ability to work remotely from a home-office and on-site periodically, as well as necessary travel to meet with potential and existing clients.
  • Off-site home office must be equipped with high-speed internet, fax, printer, and telephone.
  • Demonstrates technical recruitment skills and authentic product and industry knowledge.
  • Professional presentation, speaking, and networking skills; LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other social networking capabilities is a plus.
  • 2 years of successful recruitment, staffing, and account management experience.
  • Positive attitude anchored by integrity and an outstanding work ethic.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or proven equivalent work experience.
