Job Description

  • Receive any questions, complaints or requests for help from users related to the NOBI Apps

  • Record, submit and resolve a user problem according to the procedure. 

  • Make a report (recapitulation) problem solving. 

  • Checking user KYC data and documents.

  • Responsible for resolving user technical problems or other obstacles to completion.

  • Participate in every meeting invitation or online meeting, discussions related to CS/user  services can be via chat or other media. 

  • Always develop themselves to support efficient and effective services to users. 

  • Become a liaison between NOBI and users. 

Qualifications

  • Has experience minimum 2 years as customer services / customer success, preferably in Fintech or Crypto Industry.
  • Have experience in telesales / sales
  • Proficient in English. Other languages would be of a great advantage, for collaboration with various stakeholders in the company.
  • Customer satisfaction oriented
  • Strong administration, analytical skills, with a systematic approach to problems
  • Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills and exceed beyond expectation.
