• Draft a wide variety of legal agreements.
• Provide advice on corporate legal issues and business matters.
• Provide internal advisory services to the business units and departments within the Company.
• Provide commercial legal support to all departmental projects and job functions.
• Ensure the development of service level agreements for service support and delivery.
• Understand non-litigation law especially about Alternative Dispute Resolution
• Possessing problem solving skill & prevention point of views for any potential legal issues

• A graduate degree in law 
• Has minimum 3 year experience 
• Good Understanding of corporate and business law
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion.
• Excellent written &verbal communication skills.
• Excellent team working ability to ensure smooth operation in the Legal Unit as a whole.
• Good research skills.
