• Responsible for mentoring, development and career management of engineering squad team members; ensuring best practices, standards, and processes are adhered to.
• Grow a healthy, collaborative engineering culture in line with the company values
• Act as a bridge between HR, Director to each member of squad engineering team
• Responsible for designing, building, improving, or maintaining our products and systems
• Directly collaborated with and offered insightful direction and feedback on technical architecture design reviews while defining the long term technical strategy.
• Able to work together with different division to define Engineering Specification for feature / project
• Manage day to day activity of engineering team within Agile / Scrum Environment
• Responsible in conducting core review
• Help with technical assessment of new recruit
• Responsible for createling necessary document / diagram for engineering team purpose

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information systems, information technology, or similar.
• 5 years of experience in software development and team management.
• Have built and led teams of software engineers.
• Excellent understanding of software engineering concepts, design patterns, and algorithms
• In-depth knowledge of programming languages such as PHP and Javascript is a plus
• Ability to mentor junior software developers, as well as to collaborate with all stakeholders.
• Knowledge of best practices related to data encryption and cybersecurity is a plus
• Ability to keep up with software industry trends and innovation.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influence skills and personal maturity
