Nj Caine Associates are currently seeking an Architect, in the field of Residental Architecture. The optimum candidate will be proficient in developing construction documents, exhibit impressive construction and technical drawing skills, and hold current knowledge and understanding of ADA + Building codes. Preferred Candidate Requirements: Strong AutoCAD skills + Sketch-Up, Revit, 3D Rendering ability Participates well in a team environment Knowledge of industrys common used concepts, practices, and procedures Ability to move thru documents quickly and accept new challenges. High level of organization and attention to detail Multi-tasking ability accompanied with good judgment Ability to prioritize and manage tasks against deadlines and other metrics. Self-starter, motivated, takes initiative, applies strong work ethic Effective communication with clients, project leaders + team members. Some project management may be required. Must Be US citizen.
