Currently, we are looking for a Lead Frontend Engineer who is 

- insanely good programming problem solvers
- highly adept with frontend technologies such as ReactJS
- willing to take ownership and execute at a fast pace
- has experience in leading a team of 2-5 engineers
- committed to growing 10x by becoming a 10x engineer

• Design & develop the frontend web app architecture
• Consistently ship moderately sized features and improvements
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Build and lead with empathy a team of 2-5 frontend engineers
• Collaborate with Product Management, UX, and Backend
• Do the sprint planning and deliver quality app on-time
• Bring regular but interesting tweaks in to the apps
• Solve UX/UI/functional bugs found in the apps

• Self-motivated and proactively create partnerships across an organization
• Find satisfaction in being a force multiplier for your colleagues
• Demonstrate the interpersonal skills necessary for a diverse, team-focused environment with other engineers, product managers, designers, and so on
• Show strong product sensibilities and deep empathy for customers
• Love to write codes and an excellent programming problem solver
• 3+ years of Professional experience with reactJS web framework 
• Worked in an intensely iterative software development process
• Understand frontend challenges like application state management, asynchronous JavaScript programming, the browser, and the internals of JavaScript frameworks
• Experience with performance and optimization problems
• BS in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
