NIAH Recruiting is a boutique recruiting agency that services US-based tech companies and startups and has a strong track record of building high-performance teams at innovative early-stage companies. We have a very diverse firm of approximately 50 employees, and a fun, convivial, and open culture. This past year we’ve been growing like crazy and now need to add some additional leadership to our sourcing function.
At NIAH, our Sourcers are the most important members of our search teams and are treated accordingly. We have a core team in the US, which is supported by two additional teams in Asia / Southeast Asia. Our sourcing function comprises more than 80% of our staff and is the heart of our business. Our Sourcing Leads are an exceptionally talented, see sourcing as both a science and an art, and are constantly finding new and creative ways to improve how we find, hook, and evaluate top candidates. We’re always on the lookout for new and better tools, better methods, and ways to automate and streamline our operations. We’re tinkerers who get a thrill out of the treasure hunt for talent and love going down rabbit holes in search of hidden candidates. That said, we’re also extremely goal oriented and get a huge amount of personal satisfaction from making the perfect placement, improving our clients’ companies, and changing our candidates’ lives.
Job Description
As a Sourcing Lead, you will:
· Partner with our other Sourcing Leads to train, coach, and manage the members of our global sourcing team.
· Work in tandem with our Account Managers and Recruiters to ensure sourced candidates are handled excellently.
· Work closely with clients, Account Managers, Recruiters, and Sourcers to develop and execute creative sourcing strategies.
· Serve as a member of our leadership team, contributing to the overall strategy to grow our business.
· Implement new processes and technologies to improve our overall approach to finding and matching candidates to the best companies and job opportunities.
· Complete your own research projects and talent market mapping for highly complex, difficult, and high-touch roles.
Qualifications
· A bachelor’s degree from a good college and/or a track record of achievement / doing difficult complex things.
· 5+ years of sourcing experience, including training and leading other Sourcers.
· A deep love of research and sourcing with the corresponding drive to be constantly improving your knowledge and skills.
