Job Description
We're looking for an End User Compute (EUC) Engineer to own the ongoing management, operations, and support of our EUE environment, making sure our people have the hardware, software, and support they need to do their best work. This is a highly autonomous role for someone who can independently assess technical problems, engage stakeholders to understand what they need, and design and deliver the right solution without close supervision.
In this role your responsibilities will include:
- Managing client computing environments, including physical hardware and virtual desktops, to optimise performance and uptime
- Providing on-site and remote technical support, independently diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
- Administering identity and access through Microsoft Entra ID
- Administering Windows endpoint management via SCCM and Intune, enforcing compliance and security policies
- Managing device imaging, software deployment, OS patching, and endpoint security (Defender, BitLocker) across the fleet
- Supporting collaboration technology, including Microsoft Teams, Neat meeting room devices, and BrightSign digital signage
- Engaging directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose and implement solutions
- Leading the evaluation and rollout of new EUE technology, from hardware to virtual desktop setups

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in EUC support and operations, with a proven ability to work autonomously and own outcomes end-to-end
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM, Intune, Defender for Endpoint, and Entra ID
- Strong communication skills, confident engaging directly with end users and stakeholders
- Microsoft certifications such as MD-102 or MS-102 highly desirable; CompTIA A+ a plus
- Experience supporting AV/collaboration technology (Teams, Neat, BrightSign) and ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
