Job Description

As one of our Customer Service Representatives, you are the first point of contact for all visitors to the NEXTDC facilities. Championing the NEXTDC values, you will play a pivotal role in our world class customer experience.

  • Greet all visitors to NEXTDC in a timely, friendly and professional manner
  • Provide outstanding customer service to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor NEXTDC facility systems
  • Provide accurate incident reports
  • General receptionist, administrative and customer service support duties
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Answer the overflow of calls to our Customer Support telephone line

Hours: This is a Monday to Friday Day Shift position working 8am – 4pm,

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

  • Passion for, and experience in, customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Enthusiastic, can-do, positive attitude with the ability to multitask
  • Ability to build relationships with, and support, a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to lift up to 15kg to support with deliveries
  • Must be an Australian Citizen for Security Clearance
