In this role you will greet visitors and ensure all entry and exit processing runs smoothly and in line with facility procedures, monitor NEXTDC's facility systems, provide accurate security incident reports and resolve first level customer requests.

Due to the opening of our S3 facility in Artarmon we are recruiting multiple Customer Service positions including -  

• Day shift only: 6am to 6pm 4-on 4-off ($63,500 inc. super & penalty rates)
• Night shift only: 6pm to 6am 4-on 4-off ($76,200 inc. super & penalty rates)
• Casual: ad hoc hours / leave coverage ($29.59 + super + penalty rates)

Please reference your preference of shift rotation in your application. There may also be a requirement to work across our S1 and S2 sites. 

• Previous experience with shift work (desired)
• Strong customer service experience, face-to-face and over-the-phone
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work autonomously
• Energy and enthusiasm and willingness to learn about high density data centre power, high efficiency cooling approaches and technologies
• Security License an advantage
• Must be an Australian Citizen for Security Clearance
