Job Description

As a Customer Experience Agent, you will evaluate, triage and resolve first and second level issues, as well as provide guidance and advice on all customer requests and incidents.  This will involve in-depth knowledge of NEXTDC products, services and technologies and making sure our internal systems are kept up to date with accurate information.

Working as ‘One Team’ you will support our Customer, Sales and Facility departments to ensure an exceptional experience for our valued customers. Everyday is different in the Customer Experience Centre, from assisting our front of house team with customer enquiries and access requests to monitoring critical infrastructure and triaging incidents, no two days are the same! This role is also responsible for our customer reporting requirements as well as ensuring the quality and accuracy of our Salesforce database.
