Job Description

As an Executive Assistant, you will be providing professional administrative assistance and support to the Chief Customer Officer, Chief Sales Officer & Chief Operating Officer. It is a demanding but varied role, with constant challenges.

Day to day duties will include the management of senior managers’ schedules, appointments and travel arrangements as well as helping with presentations, email campaigns, research, board reports, expenses and events.   It will also include making sure our office runs smoothly, ordering office supplies, catering, welcoming guests, and generally being the go-to person in the office!

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we are looking for an experienced, attention to detail focused, Executive Assistant with experience providing support at the executive level, with the ability to meet deadlines in a busy environment.  Experience in MS Office, particularly Powerpoint and Excel essential.

This person should be able to demonstrate using initiative in previous roles and the professionalism needed at this senior level.  12 Month maternity contract.
