Job Description
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting and selecting top talent for our companies in Germany, Romania, and Switzerland.
Our mission is to bring the best talent into our diverse teams while ensuring a positive candidate experience. In close collaboration with HR Business Partners and department heads, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our company by implementing innovative recruitment strategies.
- Recruiting talent in Germany, Romania, and Switzerland
- Collaborating closely with the HR Business Partners in each country to align recruitment processes with local requirements
- Supporting the onboarding process of new employees in cooperation with the respective HR Business Partners
- Implementing new recruiting trends and introducing innovative approaches to continuously improve our recruitment strategies
- Creating job descriptions in close coordination with department heads and leadership
- Managing and overseeing the entire application process independently—from screening applications and organizing interviews to final candidate selection
- Strategically developing and maintaining a talent pool
- Supporting the recruitment of internal talent and promoting the internal development of employees
- Conducting training sessions to prepare managers for interviews and selection processes
- Continuously improving the candidate experience to ensure a transparent, positive, and professional recruitment process
Qualifications
- A degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in international recruiting
- Strong expertise in applicant management and knowledge of current recruiting trends and tools
- High intercultural competence and the ability to thrive in an international environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Enthusiasm for working in international teams and continuously improving processes
- Fluency in English
- Nice to have: German
