Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the entire lifecycle of D365 development requests. You will ensure the efficient processing of these requests while maintaining transparent and effective communication with stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities include analyzing requirements, proposing solutions, testing developed solutions, and fostering strong relationships with key users and suppliers to guarantee the successful implementation of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and propose possible solutions, considering both in-house development and external procurement options.
  • Conduct the first round of thorough testing on developed solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and comply with the initial requirements.
  • Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders throughout the development process to ensure alignment and understanding.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key users and suppliers, facilitating smooth collaboration and effective implementation of solutions.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes related to the D365 development lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 (F&O, Business Central, AX2009, AX2012, or Navision) is required.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Azure DevOps/Jira.
  • A background in informatics or economics is preferred.
  • Strong prioritization, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Lasernet and MS Visual Studio.
  • Previous experience as a developer in Microsoft Dynamics D365.
  • Proficiency in German is a plus.
