Job Description
The Senior HR Specialist position is designed to drive our client's strategic HR initiatives and ensure that the HR department operates efficiently and effectively. The focus will be on HR controlling, performance management, salary and bonus systems as well as operational assurance of HR processes and standards for company's employees.
Areas of responsibility:
- Successful implementation of HR controlling measures.
- Increasing employee satisfaction and loyalty through effective performance management.
- Development and implementation of salary and bonus systems to motivate employees.
- Efficient and smooth HR processes in accordance with defined standards.
- Fulfilling administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- You have a degree in HR management, business administration or comparable qualification.
- You have several years of relevant professional experience in HR, ideally in a comparable position - at least 5 years.
- Preferably experience in Swiss labor law.
- Your English skills are excellent, both in speaking and writing;
- You are results driven and you are passionate about the HR field;
- You have great communication skills;
- You have a B2 level in German (nice to have);
Additional Information
- This is a 100% full-time permanent contract;
- On-site presence is mandatory, with the possibility to work from home 1-2 days per week;
