During this time, you will work on innovation and business projects while building the skills needed for your future role. After successfully completing the program, you will transition into a permanent position within NETZSCH.

Job Description

  • Monitor and analyze sales and market performance across the Latin America region
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI)
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses to support strategic decision-making
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities based on internal and external data
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Strategy teams to provide actionable insights
  • Support strategic planning and regional business development initiatives
  • Perform desk research and data analysis to support management decisions

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience with business intelligence and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Knowledge of Agile methods or Scrum is beneficial
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in multicultural teams
  • Fluent English; Portuguese and Spanish are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel within Brazil and internationally

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to drive data-driven decision making in the Latin America region. You will analyze sales, market, and strategic business data to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and generate actionable insights. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Strategy teams, you will support key initiatives and contribute to regional competitiveness and business growth.
