Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with specialization in ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) to join our team in Curitiba, Brazil. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and features, focusing on the implementation and improvements of ITSM processes and features.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Development, configuration and maintenance of ServiceNow applications, within the IT Service Management (ITSM) module.
- Collaborate with IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaboration with external IT service providers involved in the development of ITSM functions.
- Build and maintain custom applications and integrations using JavaScript, Glide API and Flow Designer.
- Create reports, dashboards and data visualizations to support IT operations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and bugs and perform root cause analysis.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
Qualifications
- Very good experience with ServiceNow, especially with the IT Service Management (ITSM) module (e.g. ITIL processes, reporting).
- Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with scripting in ServiceNow (both client-side and server-side).
- Experience working with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes and UI Policies.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations within ServiceNow.
- Experience with update sets, version control and deployment processes in ServiceNow.
- A good understanding of other processes and modules (e.g. SPM, HRSD, Resource Management) is an advantage.
- Relevant certifications in the mentioned ServiceNow environment would be an advantage.
